Mr. Lee is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Daeho AL Co., Ltd., which is engaged in manufacturing rolled, drawn, and folded products of aluminum. With about 150 employees currently working for the company, Daeho AL¡¯s annual sales for the year 2005 was close to $100 M. In order to take Daeho AL to the next level of leadership, Mr. Lee aspires to expand his business into the biotech and biopharmaceutical field applying cutting edge technologies. |

Mr. Shim was Chief Financial Officer of Biosys Co., Ltd., which engaged in researching and manufacturing biomedical equipments such as ECG (electrocardiogram), SpO2 (pulse oximeter), BP (blood pressure), etc. He has extensive experience in financing, administration, and business management. He not only led research teams and designed new items but also managed the whole company. It is notable that he had successfully listed the company in KOSDAQ, the NASDAQ equivalence in Korea.

Vincent Koo, Ph.D. |

Dr. Koo received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Yonsei University where he conducted research involving the expression, purification and characterization of several novel proteins and a novel transcriptional regulatory protein. Dr. Koo specializes in research involving protein chemistry and molecular biology particularly in regards to recombinant protein engineering, large scale bacterial and mammalian cell culture, protein expression, protein purification, library construction, phage display screening, assay development, antibodies characterization, and gene delivery techniques. Dr. Koo is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine and he is working and consulting for us for the translational research. |

Dr. Zinn received a doctorate in Chemical Physics from University of Maryland at College Park in 1997. He has original training in chemistry and in theoretical statistical mechanics. His career developed into designing and implementing computation-intensive scientific software programs: while working at Samsung Electronics, he developed programs for simulating optical lithography for semiconductor fabrication, for predicting the specific absorption rate of a cellular phone, for simulating optical circuits, etc. Dr. Zinn is leading the development of software tools for drug discovery. |

Kwan H. Lee, M.D., Ph.D. |

Dr. Lee is a co-founder of TissueGene and serves as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. He is trained and certified as an orthopedic surgeon with approximately 20 years of experience. He obtained his M.D. from the prestigious Seoul National University in Korea in 1982 and a Ph.D. in orthopedic sciences from the same university in 1993. He has been a guest researcher at the U.S. National Institutes of Health, conducting key research involving the therapeutic use of TGF-©¬¡¯s. He is well-known as a world-wide leader in the field of orthopedic medicine. He has served as both a Professor and the Director of the Clinical Research Center of Inha University Hospital in Inchon, South Korea. He is a contributing board member of the Gene Therapy Committee of the Korean FDA, which has provided him unique experience in understanding the drug evaluation and approval process in connection with genetic therapies such as TissueGene's own cell-mediated technology. Dr. Lee holds numerous international patents, and is well published globally. Dr. Lee is frequently asked to speak on topics related to orthopedic health, global business development and Korean American relations. |

Mr. Ganjei has over 12 years of experience in the life sciences and business development. Mr. Ganjei is currently the co-founder and acting President of RemeGenix, Inc., specializing in the development and commercialization of therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. Mr. Ganjei was formerly the Vice President of Business Development at TissueGene. While at TissueGene, Mr. Ganjei actively participated in the minority stake acquisition of Promogen, Inc. and helped revitalize their operational and business strategy. Mr. Ganjei is also one of the three founders of SienaGen, srl, an early stage biotechnology company and one of the original founders of the software company Key Informatics. His degree is in Micro and Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland. |

Ms. Limpuangthip is currently the Director of Business Development at TissueGene. Ms. Limpuangthip was formerly the Director of Marketing and Business Development at ProteinOne, a bioreagent company specializing in the production and commercialization of active recombinant proteins and protein-related products. Ms. Limpuangthip has also served as a business consultant for RemeGenix, a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of treatments for neurodegenerative disorders, and a business consultant for Kappa Life Sciences, an orthopedics company currently focused on the development of 3-D biocompatible bone-grafting technology. Her life science experience is further augmented by her research at NIH and as a graduate and researcher at Duke University. |

Dr. Kim is the V.P. of Intellectual Property at TissueGene and currently serves as the Intellectual Property Advisor to Promogen. Dr. Kim is an experienced biotech patent attorney with over twelve years of biotech patent law experience. Dr. Kim received his A.B. in Biochemistry from Princeton University, his Ph.D. in Biology from John Hopkins University and his J.D. from University of Maryland. |
